How to watch Oklahoma vs UConn today: Time, TV channel in NCAA Tournament action

The Oklahoma Sooners are making their 34th trip to the NCAA Tournament. It's the first time the Sooners have made it to March Madness since Lon Kruger's final year at the helm in 2020-2021. The No. 9-seeded Oklahoma Sooners will take on the two-time defending national champion and No. 8-seeded UConn Huskies in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Led by true freshman phenom Jeremiah Fears and stalwart senior Jalon Moore, the Sooners hope to keep their end-of-season surge going against a UConn team that didn't have the season they were expecting in 2024-2025. After suffering a five-game losing streak, which included losses to four top-25 teams, the Sooners went 4-3 over their final seven games (including the SEC Tournament) to earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Each of their three losses in that span came by one possession, including a pair of heartbreaking one-point losses to Kentucky.

UConn had won five in a row before a loss to Creighton in the semifinals of the Big East Tournament. The Huskies are led by Solo Ball, Liam McNeely, and Alex Caraban, who each average just over 14 points per game this season.

Can the battle-tested Sooners rise to the occasion and knock off the UConn Huskies in the NCAA Tournament? If you're looking for information on how to tune into the action, we've got you covered.

Oklahoma vs UConn predictions, picks, odds

Odds courtesy of BetMGM as of Friday, March 21

Oklahoma 77, UConn 73: The Oklahoma Sooners have played their best basketball over the last month, playing a number of close contests to earn a spot in the field of 68. Though Jeremiah Fears has been incredible during this stretch, the Sooners have played a good team game, receiving contributions from a number of players on the roster. And that is what it will take against one of the best programs in the country in the UConn Huskies.

The Oklahoma Sooners are 6-1 in neutral site games, wins over tournament teams Michigan and Arizona. UConn is just 2-4 on a neutral floor, going 0-3 against Memphis, Colorado, and Dayton at the Maui Invitational back in November. Like Oklahoma, the Huskies went 1-1 in the conference tournament.

Though UConn is the favorite in this one, the Sooners have been playing inspired basketball of late, showing the grit and grind that it takes to be successful in tournament play.

ODDS: UConn by 5 1/2
