FORT WORTH, Texas — Louisville women's basketball earned a 7 seed in the NCAA Tournament and is set to start its postseason journey against No. 10 seed Nebraska today.

The Cardinals are 44-26 all-time during the tournament but have only been a seventh seed three other times. The last seventh-seeded U of L squad lost to Maryland in the second round of March Madness.

The winner between Louisville and Nebraska moves on to play either host TCU, the No. 2 seed, or No. 15-seed Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday.
