The guns, magazines and ammunition were sold to confidential informants for a total of $7,000 during multiple meetups in Pepperell, Massachusetts.Officials said a hearing for Michaud is scheduled for Tuesday.

MANCHESTER, N.H. —

A New Hampshire man is accused of trafficking guns, magazines and ammunition over state lines into Massachusetts.

Dennis Michaud of Nashua was arrested on March 20 following a several-month investigation. Prosecutors said he appeared in federal court on Thursday.

According to court documents, Michaud sold nine guns, including several pistols and rifles, ammunition and magazines, to confidential informants between Feb. 11 and March 20.
